That’s what RecruitMap™ is for - and it answers definitively, in both directions. Not anecdote, not a coach’s opinion: your child’s scoring differential measured against what each program actually recruits, including the programs you haven’t thought of. If they’re not competitive at a level yet, we don’t soften it - we show you how many strokes they need to find.
Then you'll know now instead of after two wasted seasons. Most of our families find their fit at D2, D3 or NAIA - and a great fit beats a long shot every time.
Honest answer: no app can promise that. Most college golf aid is partial, and D3 offers no athletic money at all. What we do is find the programs where a player can genuinely compete and get recruited. Money conversations follow from being the right fit.
Less than doing it manually by an order of magnitude. The database replaces the research, the templates replace the drafting, the reminders replace the spreadsheet.
Our statistical engine. It compares a scoring differential to nearly 5,000 real past commitments to calculate the probability of competing at any program in the country - and updates as new commitment data comes in.
Public sources, checked by hand. Rosters, scoring averages and conference results come from athletic department sites and the NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA record books; commitments come from verified public announcements. Scoring profiles refresh at the end of every season, rosters and coaching changes monthly. Where the data is thin - a small D3 program with a handful of posted rounds - we say so instead of dressing it up.
