b. Golf and Recruiting Information

Information you enter to use the App, including scoring average and scoring differential, tournament results and schedules, saved colleges and target lists, and other recruiting details. We use this to power your college comparisons and tournament features.

c. Usage Data

We automatically collect information on how you interact with our App, such as:

• Device type and operating system
• App usage patterns
• IP address (for security and analytics)

d. Device Permissions

The App asks your permission before using certain device features:

• Location — used only while you are using the App, to show colleges and tournaments near you. You can decline and enter a location manually, or turn location off at any time in your device settings.
• Notifications — used to send tournament reminders and account updates. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

e. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience and analyze app performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide and improve our services
• Operate the features you request, such as showing colleges and tournaments near you
• Personalize user experience

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, we may share information with:

• Service Providers — third-party partners that assist in App functionality, including app hosting and analytics, subscription and payment processing, email and push notification delivery, and install attribution.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights & Choices

• Permissions: You can withdraw location or notification permission at any time in your device settings without losing access to the rest of the App.
• Account Deletion: Contact us to delete your account and associated data.

6. Google User Data (Email Coaches)

If you choose to connect your Gmail account, Junior Golf Edge asks Google for permission to send email on your behalf and to see your Gmail address, so the App can show which account your emails go from. We cannot read, search, change or delete the email in your account.

We use this permission only to send the emails you write in the App to the college coaches you choose, and only when you tap Send.

To do this, we store a secure, encrypted access token on our servers. We also keep a simple record of each email sent through the App (recipient, subject and date). We do not store or copy the contents of your inbox.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else. No person at Junior Golf Edge reads it unless you ask us to for support, or we must for security or legal reasons.

You can disconnect Gmail at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or email support@juniorgolfedge.com and we will delete the stored token.

Junior Golf Edge's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Shared Resumes

If you turn on sharing, anyone with your resume link can see your resume, including the contact details on it, without signing in. You can turn sharing off at any time in the App, and the link stops working.

8. Third-Party Links

Our App may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

9. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for users age 13+. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App and on our website.
